Basically there are four different kinds of cleaning service when we talk about Vacation Rental:
Arrival Clean
The way we leave the unit ready for the first guest.
Closing Cleaning
When the last tenant of the season is gone and the unit has to close properly with all the appropriate settings.
Departure Clean
The cleaning service we do between tenants.
Deep Cleaning
After regular cleaning with a long time in between tenants, the unit needs a detail cleaning in most areas. This service includes additional cleaning procedures.
