The object of annual deep cleaning is to bring the property back up to standard after a busy rental season. Items that are not normally cleaned during a departure clean will be done.

A comprehensive deep cleaning instruction sheet will be provided with every deep cleaning work order and must be returned with the signature of the cleaner.

Instructions:

Blinds

All plastic or aluminum vertical blinds and mini blinds will be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

All tracks will be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Air conditioning vents

All air conditioning supply registers will be cleaned. Return grills will be cleaned inside and out. Air filters will be changed.

Wall plates

Switch plates and receptacle covers will be wiped clean.

Ceiling lights

Ceiling light globes will be removed and cleaned.

Doors, door frames and moldings

All doors, frames and moldings will be wiped clean.

Entrance way

Sweep and wash sidewalk, porch and door apron , walls and ceiling.
Wash front door, wipe dry.
Clean all porch and outside lights, including outside garage lights.
Clean doormat.

Windows

Clean all windows inside out.

Screens

Wash and rinse all screens and tracks.

Patio

Clean all patio furniture (both top and bottom) and cushions.
Remove all cobwebs and bugs, clean light fixtures and fans.
Vacuum, sweep or mop.

Living room

Move furniture and clean under it.
Remove all cushions and vaccum under.
Clean baseboards.
Dust all furniture and fixtures.
Clean sliding glass doors inside and out.
Straighten all magazines and / or books and throw pillows.
Vacuum, sweep or mop.

Dining room

Move furniture and clean under it.
Clean baseboards.
Clean  table and chairs.
Clean sliding glass doors inside and out.
Vacuum, sweep or mop.

Kitchen

Wash all dirty dishes and put away.
Clean counter tops, stoves, microwave and refrigerator.
Clean table and chairs.
Clean baseboards.
Sweep and mop floor.
Wash all towels and cloths.
Remove all trash and replace trash liner.

Bathrooms

Clean showers, tubs and sinks.
Polish all chrome.
Clean toilet inside and outside.
wash all towels and bath mats (if needed).
Leave towels presented nicely.

Bedrooms

Move all furniture and clean under it.
Turn matress.
Clean baseboards.
Wash all linens and mattress pads.
Make all beds.
Dust all furniture and fixtures.
Remove all trash and replace trash liner.
Vacuum and / or sweep and mop.
