Unplug all TVs DVDs and VCRs.
Remove all refrigerator contents, turn off ice maker only.
Disinfect commodes and cover with clean wrap.
Shut off main water supply.
Unplug main water heater / turn off breaker.
Adjust air conditioning to 78 degrees and humidistat at 60% and fan at auto unless posted otherwise by owner.
Make sure no trash is left in garage or unit.
Clean Lanai furniture and store in garage if possible otherwise put inside and line each leg of chair or table with paper towel.
